magnification is my job

Today I was reading something from a Baptist church that has a Magnification Director (and Associate Magnification Director). I am wondering what a Magnification Director (or Associate Magnification Director) does.

I understanding the Biblical origin of the post (presumedly Psalm 34), and wonder whether other churches have Exaltation Directors (and Associate Exaltation Directors), Blessing Directors (and Associate Blessing Directors), and Boasting Directors (and Associate Boasting Directors).

I would assume not.

I also wonder what the backlash from this title-mania will be and when it will hit.
