the Cliffs of Insanity!

This is going to be a crazy week. Oh, wait. It's Wednesday already. Excuse me while I scream. ::AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!::

The national championship for the debate league I work for starts next Monday, and somehow between now and then a TON of stuff needs to get done.

Challenges are good, and I like them, but this year seems to have had too many.

And in between that I need to do thrilling stuff like get my health insurance sorted out and register with the State Department for my Oxford trip.

Hence the reference to the Cliffs of Insanity. I must say that Vizzini's face does do a good job of describing my current mental condition.

Repeated utterances of the week:
"Hello, this is Emily from the NCFCA Office . . ."
"Argh! I just remembered . . ."
"It's healing nicely, thanks."
"Is there coffee?"
"Yes, I am sunburnt. No, I don't wear sunscreen."
"What day is it?"
"Aggggh!"
"I am going to DIE!" (stolen from Larry Boy; sorry, Larry Boy)

P.S. -- All you Oak Brook people out there, I was serious about needing staff for our booth. It is going to be one lonely booth. PHC is going to out-recruit us. :(
