I just realized that I forgot the nostalgia part.
Tonight at the opening ceremony for NCFCA Nationals they had a tenth anniversary celebration for the league.
There were some old pictures in there of people I haven't seen in a long time.
And once I saw them the tournament didn't seem quite right without them. ::sigh::
The funny thing was that, thinking about the pictures, I realized that you can never re-create a group from the past. People move on and change and have different priorities and interests. Catching up is fun, but almost never completely successful.
Time is the strangest thing.
Well, second to the mechanism for turning on the headlights of a Ford Focus . . .

Oh yes the NCFCA. That's great you're able to be involved. Our good friend Sarah Shipp is also helping out - coordinating judges, I think. :)
Amy, that's too funny. Probably just as you were writing that Sarah and I were both here working on our computers and realized that we both knew each other from your blog roll. :)
