This post will be short.
It is only to say that, even though I had hoped to the contrary, taking Spanish and Italian at the same time is difficult. Especially when you have two tests (one in each) in two days. It takes an unbelievably long and agonizing time to try to remember whether I am an "estudiante" or a "studentessa."
The problem was all the weird mutations that cropped up in between. Including "estudente," the one that I just discovered is what I actually wrote on my assignment.
I am a student. (Yippee for first languages!)
