* Does anybody else find it really funny that full-text Puritan works are so readily available online? That the internet is a vehicle for a resurgence of Puritan thought? Who'd have thought?

It's because Puritan works are in the public domain and that's all you can put (Christian or otherwise) on the Internet without getting your pants sued off. There's no conspiracy, or Puritan advocacy group pushing an agenda. It's simply a matter of copyright.
