just lag

Today I have one of the worst cases of jet lag I've ever had.

Only I haven't flown anywhere.

I think it has something to do with last night watching two documentaries on Middle East conflicts, sleeping for just over four hours, babysitting for three hours, and watching Al-Jazeera for two hours.

So I feel funny.
