This blogger is making a crock-pot recipe every single day of 2008. Better than that, she cooks gluten-free.
Sadly, she does not cook for gluten-free, meat-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, hydrogenated oil-free [temporary] vegans.
Oh, cheese (the yellow cheese, the white cheese, the bleu cheese, the ricotta cheese, the parmesan cheese, the feta cheese, the brie cheese, the swiss cheese, the havarti cheese, the cream cheese, the romano cheese -- yes, I have been thinking a lot about cheese), how I love thee. And miss thee . . .
(As a side note, though, washing the dishes -- especially pots and pans -- is a whole lot quicker without any cheese to worry about.)
