I just logged on to AOL and saw this headline:

What in the world???
I realize that a Californian has very little credibility saying this (although, for the record, I did note vote for Arnold), but there is no good reason that an Oscar win should have anything to do with one's Presidential chances.
At least, there shouldn't be . . .

Gore's (non)candidacy was the joke of the evening (mostly because Degeneres couldn't think of anything funnier to say.)
If AOL's news editors took those jokes as fuel for speculation...
