morning at home

This semester I spend most Monday and Wednesday mornings at home. Occasionally No. 6 and I spend part of that time home alone.

I think last Monday we nearly drove each other crazy (in the best possible way).

So it was with mutual trepidation that we received the news that we were to be home alone for a little bit this morning.

She came into my room to be greeted by me whining:

"Why do I have to go to school? Why? Why? Why?"

And No. 6, in her infinite wisdom, advised,

"It will be okay. You're alive."

Ah.

That is a very funny but cute picture. Don't you just love the way kids put things in perspective?

Awesome picture. You two have very expressive face; have you ever considered a career in advertising?
