For some reason, although I do my best NOT to send them any money (well, except for the few years there when my ABA membership was the only way I could rent cars...), the ABA keeps sending me their weekly online newsletter.

I found this list of today's "Most Read" headlines to be telling.

And, strangely, affirming for this reluctant lawyer.
